Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

We try our best to ship all orders within 24 hours of when the orders are received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

All orders are shipping via USPS. Ground shipping may take 2-7 business days to arrive once shipped. Free shipping is available on orders over $70.

What is “Adult Signature Required” on delivery? Why is it required?

Pamos uses “Adult Signature Required” on delivery services when shipping to locations where it is required by law (because our product is 21-plus). When an order is shipped with “Adult Signature Required” service, the person who signs for the package must verify that he or she is at least 21 years old.

International Shipping Policy

Due to the nature of our product, Pamos does not ship internationally.
